I've been in practice for over twelve years, and the thing I keep coming back to is this: people heal when they feel safe. My role isn't to fix you — it's to walk alongside you while you figure out what you already know deep down.

I draw from a range of modalities — person-centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy — but I'm guided by what works for you, not what a textbook says should work.

This is about getting to know each other. We'll explore what brought you here and what you're hoping to work on. There are no forms to fill out, no clinical assessments — just a conversation.

Build a plan together

Based on your goals, we'll create a flexible approach that combines evidence-based methods with what feels right for you. This is your journey — you're always in the driver's seat.

Ongoing support

Regular sessions at a pace you choose — weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. Some people come for a few months, others for longer. There's no minimum commitment and no judgement either way.
